A to Z Subscription Terms of Sale

Welcome to A to Z's Subscription Service. These Terms of Sale govern your purchase and use of our subscription-based digital products and services offered through the Microsoft Store and billed via Gumroad. By subscribing, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable guidelines or policies.

1. Subscription Services

A to Z offers subscription-based access to digital content, including but not limited to software, applications, and premium services. Subscriptions are available for recurring billing cycles (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annually) and are processed through Gumroad.

2. Payment and Billing

  • By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Gumroad to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.

  • Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing cycle.

  • If payment is declined, your access to the subscription services may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.

  • Taxes and additional charges may apply based on your location.

3. Automatic Renewal

  • Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

  • You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your Gumroad account.

  • If automatic renewal is prohibited in your region, manual renewal may be required.

4. Free Trials and Promotions

  • Some subscriptions may include a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the full subscription fee.

  • Promotional offers may have different terms, which will be specified at the time of the offer.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time via Gumroad.

  • Refunds are subject to Gumroad’s refund policy and are generally not issued after a subscription has been charged.

  • Cancellation prevents future charges but does not provide a refund for the current billing cycle.

6. Changes to Subscription Terms

  • A to Z reserves the right to modify subscription prices, billing cycles, or features. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

  • If you do not agree to the changes, you must cancel your subscription before they take effect.

7. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Gumroad account and ensuring that your payment details are up to date.

  • Sharing account credentials or allowing unauthorized use of your subscription is prohibited.

8. Service Availability and Termination

  • A to Z reserves the right to discontinue or modify its subscription services at any time.

  • If the service is terminated, active subscribers may be eligible for a prorated refund, subject to Gumroad’s policies.
